STEM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. The STEM club is an organization composed of people interested in various areas of science, as well as exploring and inventing technology using engineering principles. We work on several core projects throughout the course of the school year, as well as participate in smaller activities as a general team. Additionally, our club competes at a local, state, and national level. STEM provides the opportunity to apply the material we learn in school to real world issues. The club also teaches skills such as teamwork, public speaking, and leadership. In short, STEM is the fun yet challenging community of science, technology, engineering, and math lovers!
